To give a specific amount:

"I hereby give, bequeath and devise to the University of Cincinnati Foundation the sum of _______ Dollars to be used for support of ______ at the University of Cincinnati. The use of the funds shall be as set forth in the gift agreement between me and the University of Cincinnati Foundation."
 
To leave a percent of the remainder of your estate:

"I hereby give, bequeath and devise to the University of Cincinnati Foundation ______ percent of the remainder of my estate (which is approximately _________ in current values). The use of the funds shall be as set forth in the gift agreement between me and the University of Cincinnati Foundation."
